Your responsibilities include planning and executing counter actions, maximizing new product launches, and building and maintaining a loyal client base.Main Duties Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide the best Clarins Selling Ceremony to every customer.Customer Relationship: Understand and manage your customers' needs, ensuring personalized service.Product Expertise: Stay well-informed about our products and offer tailored combinations and alternatives.Brand Ambassador: Actively promote the Clarins brand through your network and beyond.Business Performance: Drive sales and contribute to overall business performance.Operational Excellence: Ensure the highest standards of operational efficiency.Visual Merchandising: Maintain an attractive and inviting Point of Sale (POS) environment.
Who We're Looking ForWe seek a confident, empathetic individual who is comfortable with skincare application and passionate about beauty.
You should be an excellent communicator, a strong team player, and dedicated to providing exceptional customer experiences.You are: Enthusiastic and energetic, with a genuine passion for beauty.Proactive, curious, and eager to stay ahead of trends.Client-focused, always striving to meet and exceed customer expectations.
You have: A background in Sales, with experience in Beauty or Retail (knowledge of Clarins products is a plus).Strong English language skills.Excellent selling and customer service skills.
