Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Cleaning Operative to join our team in a retail setting near Terrylands Shopping Centre in Galway.
This role involves maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of a small retail outlet, ensuring a pleasant environment for both customers and staff.
Key Responsibilities: Perform daily cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
Ensure that all areas, including sales floors, stockrooms, and restrooms, are clean and tidy.
Manage waste disposal and recycling according to company protocols.
Adhere to cleaning schedules and complete tasks within the designated times, either early morning or late evening.
Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for yourself and others.
Requirements: Proven cleaning experience, particularly in retail or similar settings.
Ability to work efficiently within the allotted one-hour time frame.
Flexible availability to work either before 8:30 AM or after 6 PM.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
