This is a full-time position on a 12-month contract initially.
Working hours are 7.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 7.30am to 2pm Friday.
At least once a month overtime will be required (and paid) on Friday afternoons or Saturday mornings.
Job Responsibility: Responsible to perform numerous cleaning activities within the Cleanrooms Responsible to perform the following: Cleaning to SOP instructions within the cleanroom areas.
Spor-klenz weekly Support the training of new staff when required Cleaning of spills.
Cleaning of Totes and other containers prior to disposal.
Support removal and return of all gowning material for clean rooms and laboratories.
Support disposal of all waste receptacles on site to their appropriate waste streams.
Other cleaning duties as required.
Help develop best practice in relation to methods and equipment for cleaning.
Follow all required Standard Operating Procedures Other related duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications: Education and Experience: 1years experience on a professional cleaning team is ideal Experience in clean room environments desirable.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Good knowledge of cleaning methodologies and awareness of all chemicals used in the cleaning process and their associated safety requirements.
