As we continue to expand our services, we are seeking a detail-oriented and organised individual to join our team as a Clerical Officer.
As a Clerical Officer at Bon Secours Hospital Cork, you will play a crucial role in supporting the administrative functions of our hospital.
The ideal candidate will A relevant administration/business qualification is desired.
Proven experience in a clerical or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Have excellent interpersonal, communication and organisation skills and have the ability to work on his/her own initiative Enjoy working in a busy environment, have advanced administrative skills as well as strong attention to detail.
Be patient focused with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Have a proven track record in providing excellent customer service.
Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite.
Fluency in English both spoken and written is a pre-requisite for this role Flexibility in the role is essential.
