Clerical Officer (Hr) Iv

Servisource is currently recruiting a Clerical Officer IV for the HSE.
Contract length: Temporary - 3 months initially with possibility of extension.
Salary: €18.76/h Location: Mullingar, Co Westmeath.
Duties and responsibilities Co-ordinate and assist with Recruitment Campaigns with Regional Recruitment Team & Department Managers within the hospital.
Printing of Interview Packs and returning to Regional Recruitment Team Processing personnel files for Payroll Set-Up Ensure staff personnel records are maintained to include relevant data for legal, HR and financial purposes.
Processing applications for Replacement & New Posts via local Paybill & submitting to Regional Paybill for approval to advertise.
Provide information to line managers and employees on the HSE Sick Pay Scheme, Managing Attendance Policy, conduct audits as directed by HR Manager Maintain and assist with the maintenance of key HR performance metrics agreed for the hospital and other metrics as required by Regional HR and in consultation with Management.
HR Data Analysis, running reports, analysing data and reporting findings to management.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices and engage in development opportunities that relate to HR practice.
Maintain own knowledge of relevant HSE policies, procedures, guidelines and practices and attend training programmes as appropriate for the role The above is just a brief job description is not intended to be a comprehensive list of all duties.
