FRS Recruitment are seeking a Grade III Clerical Officer for a Public Sector client based in Naas, This is a month to month rolling contract, 35hr working week with an immediate start required.
Hourly rate: €15.89ph Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document management.
Coordinate and schedule patient appointments.
Check in patients upon arrival and manage reception duties.
Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring confidentiality at all times.
Deliver excellent customer service by handling patient inquiries and resolving issues.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Follow health care procedures and comply with relevant policies.
Perform various other ad hoc duties as required.
Requirements: Experience in clerical or administrative roles within a health care setting is preferred.
Proficient in using Microsoft Word and Excel.
Experience with minute taking is desirable.
A valid drivers license and access to own transport.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive patient information with strict confidentiality.
