Client Care Supervisor (6 Month Fixed Term)

Comfort Keepers are excited to announce a new opportunity;  Client Care Supervisor  6 Month Fixed Term contract in Cork City & surrounding areas.
This position is integral to our ongoing commitment to providing exceptional care and support to our clients and Home Support Workers in the region.
Key Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of our client's care Carry out service reviews Carry out risk assessments Ensure we are delivering the highest quality person centred care Support our care teams through supervision and support Who We're Looking For:  We are seeking someone who has a full clean drivers licence with own car, a Level 5 QQI (major award) qualified in a Healthcare related field and Level 6 certified.
Strong leadership skills & a passion for caregiving.
Experience in the homecare industry is highly desirable.
What we can offer you Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm (Finish early on Fridays!)
Competitive Salary - Up to €30k DOE Fuel Card & Mobile Phone Annual Leave Increment with Long term service Employee Assistance Programme which offers an advice and counselling service available for employees and their immediate families *Core working hours for the role are Monday to Friday, 08.30 - 17.00.
To be successful in this role it may be necessary to work some evenings and weekends and to facilitate reviews and supervision visits.
