Team/Role Overview The Global Client Change Program Lead is a new strategic role within the Global Implementations and Client Change team to build and oversee the client change Target Operating Model across securities services predominantly custody and funds businesses.
The role will build the future state of client change by standardising and digitizing current processes, and establishing a disciplined governance and oversight process.The Program Lead will commercialize end to end client change delivery and put in place a rigorous process for tracking and capturing costs and optimising recovery.The incumbent will partner with key stakeholders in product, operations, technology and client organization to create efficiencies and help reduce redundant, manual processes.What you'll do Take ownership for delivering a consistent change delivery model globally across custody and funds businesses/clients leveraging technology.Reinforce commercial discipline and manage a consolidated global change portfolio in line with Profit & Loss principles.Drive adoption of digital technology and optimize end to end process flow across all geographies and businesses to enhance client experience.Partner with technology, operations, client teams and product to prioritize change projects and strategic client deliverables.Create a robust reporting discipline globally to across all key business drivers of cost, recovery, ops and tech resource deployment, Profit & Loss and client experience.Manage the strategic program within the allocated resources and budget.What we'll need from you Robust working knowledge of custody and funds services business across all functional aspects in particular funds operations.Proven experience in delivering strategic, complex client projects with Agile tech collaborating with internal and external senior stakeholders.Strong client, communication, teamwork, presentation and coaching skills.Strong ability to establish, build and maintain strong effective working relationships at all levels across the organisation.Proven experience using modern technology, architecture and infrastructure.Demonstrated ability to work independently as well part of virtual teams to deliver on strategic outcomes.Graduate level or equivalent professional qualification.Significant experience and expertise within custody and funds services.What we can offer you This is a new role in the team that will offer you the opportunity to really move the needle and put your own stamp on something.
