Aramark Food Services are currently recruiting for a Client Dining Waiter to join our team!
This exciting role will work in the Hospitality Team in AIB Molesworth Street and will report directly to the Hospitality General Manager.
Monday to Friday Role.
City Centre Location Summary The Client Dining Waiter is responsible for assisting in the efficient running of the hospitality department assisting the Hospitality General Manager in the day to day running of the operation.
The role will require assistance in food and beverage service in the fine dining department and anywhere in the building that the clients require Hospitality service.
The day to day running of the department with respect to the HACCP implementation, allergen attention on menus, cleaning checklists, Health and safety responsibilities, ordering of products required to complete and carry out all orders within the department and general care of your working environment will also fall into your responsibility.
You will also be involved and responsible for ensuring that the client is looked after lunch, dinner or any event that they may be hosting.
You will be responsible for maintaining the highest professional and hygiene standards throughout the department.
The role Our clients and customers should receive world class hospitality – this means that you are expected to Be customer-focused at all times and conduct the service in a friendly and professional manner.
Present the orders in a timely and efficient manner with the highest possible standard of hospitality by you.
A warm friend efficient service is the essences of what do and we strive to exceed out clients expectations on a daily basis.
Ensure that guests always receive a fully attentive service and you will present an image conducive to good customer relations All hospitality orders must be delivered in full and promptly in a timely manner to the desired/specified location.
Assist and where necessary and place orders for wine, minerals, water, coffee/tea and linen on a weekly basis Cleaning duties associated with service and related equipment and/or furniture Preparation of service area and/or service points Maintain personal hygiene, appearance and uniform to company regulations at all times.
Comply and assist in the promotion and implementation of the company's health and safety policy Comply and assist in the promotion and implementation of the company's policies and procedures To be aware of safety hazards within the kitchen and surrounding areas and to report them to your line manager Other duties assigned by your line manager from time to time to ensure the smooth running of the department.
From time to time your job location may change dependant on the needs of the business.
This may require you to work in the main restaurant on your assigned site or other Aramark sites within the Dublin region.
From time to time you may be required to cover holidays in other locations – depending on the needs of the business.
