Job Description An opportunity has arisen for the role of an experienced Loan Agency Client Manager to join our Loan Administration Services Team.
Our team provides loan portfolio administration services to our debt and credit clients.Responsibilities (how we will measure success)Responsible for developing and overseeing new Loan Agency clients and services onto servicing platform.Supervising the delivery of a team of Loan Analysts and Senior Loan AnalystsManage the standard of work delivered from staff monitoring quality and efficiency of work provided and delegate work to appropriate levels as required Responsible for ongoing transaction deliverables including waterfalls, notices, and managing significant events in credit agreementsReview, manage, interpret loan documentation for operational or reporting requirements, including providing expertise on the administrative and operational aspects of the loan agreementInvestigate and resolve discrepancies between client data sets and internal systems.Act as the point of contact and escalation, building and maintaining strong relationships with lenders, borrowers and software provider, liaising with these parties on a frequent basis.Responsible for accurate client reporting, liaising with internal accounting teams to ensure deliverables are accurate and timely.Assist in designing and documenting the processes and procedures across all aspects of the loan agency deliveryWork closely with the Head of Loan Servicing and directors on business development initiatives and assist in the preparation of prospective client workshops, demonstrations, and training.Assist the Head of Loan Servicing and Head of Function at business opportunities for this segment, in terms of expanding our offering or solution.Perform special projects, and additional duties and responsibilities as requiredTraining and coaching to ensure appropriate coverage and skill levels throughout the wider team
