Some key points are included below:We are looking for ambitious candidates to join our team and get involved in a rapidly growing start-up with a fantastic product entering multiple international markets.This role will provide a massive opportunity for rapid career growth for the right candidate. You will be working closely with a small team including the company's founder, and the right candidate will have the ability to quickly progress as the company continues its strong growth rate.You will have to wear many hats. Still, an essential requirement will be to help source new customers and manage the onboarding and support of new customers. You will be someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced dynamic environment.A competitive base salary with an attractive bonus scheme will be available to successful candidates.The role will be in a hybrid manner with the ability to primarily work from home with travel to client premises a couple of days per week.Some must-haves for this role include:A can-do attitude, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to deliver results are essential.Prior proven experience in customer-facing roles and customer management.Very strong ability to deal with customers and build relationships quickly with all stakeholders.Some experience in any of the following is highly desirable, though not essential:Experience in Customer Facing Roles within the Civil Engineering or Construction Markets.Experience in SaaS Software startups with good software knowledge would also be well regarded.No Recruiters or Agencies, please.
