What does this role entail?
As a Client Partner at Fenergo, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients through their life cycle from delivery through to post-implementation. You will play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction, fostering strong relationships, and identifying opportunities for upselling Fenergo's products and services.

Your Responsibilities Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong senior relationships with assigned clients.
Serve as the senior Fenergo point of contact for client, including escalations.
Implementation : Work with Sales team on pricing /scoping and planning of opportunities Delivery ownership post contract signature, ensuring a product led approach, where the existing capability of the platform is leveraged and aligned with best practices.
Internal client advocate for roadmap / product dependencies Commercial accountability for overall delivery, including margin, revenue recognition, P+L aspects of the book of work.
Portfolio Growth: Identify cross/up selling opportunities within the existing client portfolio.
Collaborate with sales teams to drive revenue growth through cross/ up-selling.
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet client needs and business objectives.
Stay informed about industry trends and client challenges to provide proactive solutions.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development and implementation, to ensure seamless service delivery Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address client concerns and improve overall satisfaction - Ability to influence in a matrixed model will be essential.
Client Advocacy: Act as a client advocate within Fenergo, ensuring that client feedback is communicated and addressed appropriately.
Champion the value of Fenergo's solutions to clients and prospects.
Requirements Desired Experience Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in client management within the financial services or software industry.
Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and financial industry trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Regular travel to client sites is expected.
