About the role An exciting opportunity has opened up for a strong administrator to join our Client Profile & Information Management team.
In the role, the successful candidate will:
Input Investor Profiles, liaise with Wealth Management teamsEnsure Investor Profiles are input with attention to detail to minimise errorGuarantee all changes to client data are processed in line with SLAs and daily deadlines, Client Asset Regulations, AML Regulations and Internal procedures;Ensure clients are given access to myDavy online services, reissue usernames and passwords and 2FA codesEnsure all documents are completed in their entirety and in a compliant fashion;Understand and adhere to the rules of Euronext (Dublin), Financial Regulator and EU;Assist in any queries that relate to Investor Profiles, client documentation and client accountsAbout you We are looking for somebody who has the following background and skills:
Minimum of 2 years' experience in financial services.Experienced in reviewing anti-money laundering documentation.Strong customer service skills;Proficient in MS Office suite, particularly MS Word and Excel;Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.What we offer We offer a range of benefits and experiences to support your professional and personal growth, whatever your career stage.
