Job Summary The Client Relationship Specialist is responsible for providing a professional experience that supports the advisor-client relationship and promotes the firm's reputation within our marketplace.
Paramount to this is providing detail-oriented client service work with exacting standards.
It will require independent problem-solving skills from someone who accepts the challenge to work in a demanding, fast-paced environment without sacrificing any standard of accuracy.
The specialist must be passionate about helping to support an already evolving wealth management practice and understands their role is vitally important to the success of the clients and the firm.
Process and proof all client paperwork quickly and efficiently with a focus on accuracy.Manage client communication strategy through electronic, written, and phone.Personally connect with clients so they sense the professionalism & passion of the team.Proactively manage multiple advisors' calendars and schedule client meetings.Manage client relationship software and online documentation management software.Welcome physical guests into the office.Assist advisors with ongoing retirement plan meeting preparation.Assist with file maintenance and compliance recordkeeping including tracking licensing requirements.Process check deposits, issue checks, EFT's, wire processing, submit transfers & follow-up.Maintain required recordkeeping logs.Coordinate pension issues with third party administrator.Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice.Qualifications Attention to detail is essential.BA or BS in financial, business, or related field.Experience working in the financial industry.Willing to obtain FINRA Series 7 Registration.Capability to work independently and solve any problems that may arise efficiently.Excellent communication and people skills.Sophisticated organizational skills with both physical and nonphysical resources.Ability to proofread & quality check own work & work of others.Proficiency on back-office systems.Unwavering ethics, confidentiality, and an orientation to put the client first.Ability to regularly talk, hear, and sit for long periods.
