Working as part of a growing global team, the Client Services Specialist is a senior position responsible for a portfolio of clients/deals within the Structured Finance Team servicing Collateralised Loan Obligation (CLO) and Loan Fund transactions.
Acting as the primary contact for their assigned clients and team, you will work closely with the sales team and support teams to deliver best-in-class service to clients.

Competitive salaryPensionMin 25 days' holidayLife Assurance and Healthcare for you and your familyA range of benefits including TaxSaver Travel Scheme & Retail DiscountsThe opportunity to support a wide-ranging CSR programme + 2 days' volunteering leave per yearYour key responsibilities: Responsible for a portfolio of clients and/or deals, working with a team of client service account managers servicing structured finance transactions, acting as the Relationship Manager and senior escalation point for the respective clients.Providing oversight, guidance, and development to junior team members and ensuring the team is delivering best-in-class service to their clients.Liaising with clients, counterparties, and relevant internal departments to ensure transactions and queries are dealt with in an efficient and timely manner.Reviewing transaction documentation in conjunction with the in-house legal team, both pre and post-closing, ensuring the effective processing and settlement of deal-related transactions, including cash payments, instructed investments, and custody securities settlements.Production and delivery of compliance reporting, European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) reporting, payment date reports, and daily cash management.Your skills and experience: Experience in Structured Finance, ideally in a client services role.An understanding of the global financial services industry and debt capital markets and structured finance.Prior experience in CLO and/or Loan Funds is beneficial.Confident and experienced in client relationships, able to build rapport and maintain strong relationships with clients.Good communication skills and a track record of developing and guiding staff.In-depth knowledge of Payment processing, Issuing & Paying Agency Operations, Structured Finance Transaction documentation, Capital Markets Operations.How we'll support you: Training and development to help you excel in your career.Flexible working to assist you in balancing your personal priorities.Coaching and support from experts in your team.A culture of continuous learning to aid progression.About us: Deutsche Bank is the leading German bank with strong European roots and a global network.
