The Role The primary purpose of this role is to perform the broking role for a portfolio of clients and provide a superior level of client service supporting the business in the achievement of their objectives. Our Objectives are expressed in terms of Client, Financials, People and Operational Excellence. Your role as in the team will include the following elements:
Support the broking portfolio, handling renewals, mid-term alterations, and client queries. Deliver excellent client service efficiently and meet all deadlines. Understand and appreciate each client's business and culture. Identify and support opportunities for growth within existing client accounts. Cultivate beneficial relationships with insurers. Adhere to company procedures for renewals and new business. Maintain company and regulatory compliance standards. The Requirements Certified Insurance Practitioner (CIP) or equivalent qualification. Experience with insurers or brokers. Sales and negotiation skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. High attention to detail and accuracy. Proactive, resilient, and flexible mindset. Good IT skills, including proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite. Equal opportunity employer.
