The Role: Main responsibilities include: • Perform the Broking Role for their portfolio of Clients dealing with Renewals, Claims and allmid-term alterations and queries• Achieve best client service in an efficient and friendly manner ensuring that all clientdeadlines are met• Achieve an appreciation of each client's business and culture• Support and find opportunities to enable growth of the existing client accounts• Foster beneficial insurer relationships• Follow company procedures for Renewals and New business• Maintain Company and regulatory standards/requirements including compliance• Participate in project work• Provide technical support to colleagues and help in resolving their client problems• Build relationships and provide support to a number of different teams across local andoffshore business• Ambassador to WTW's purpose, values, culture, and appreciate WTW client's business.
