CLIENT SERVICES MANAGER Our client, an international HR SaaS organisation, seeks to hire a Client Services Manager for their Galway hub. The successful candidate will lead a team of 4 locally and liaise with an even wider team internationally.
You will be responsible for direct client engagement via video/email, with HR leaders in some of the world's largest and best-known companies, ensuring that ongoing exceptional service and support of their platform is being delivered in a timely manner.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual wishing to leverage their experience in account management or customer success and work with global organisations and consulting firms. This is a permanent role with hybrid options available.
RESPONSIBILITIESManage a small team and work directly with clients and partners throughout Europe and the USA to deliver successful projects and an exceptional client experience.Work with clients to control project requirements, resulting in positive outcomes for all involved.Engage with the head of Product, head of technology and other Client Service Consultants based in Australia to create a seamless group-wide customer experience for all clients.Set, manage and in some cases, negotiate outcomes and expectation levels with each client.REQUIREMENTSExperience in Software or SaaS platforms highly desirable.Background or knowledge of HR processes is beneficial.Excellent communication, time management, and attention to detail skills.Capable of holding their own in meetings with clients and capable of setting agendas and managing client expectations.Capable of negotiating outcomes with clients and able to think creatively and laterally to design solutions using our platform.Capable of excellent presentations of our platform, people, and company.Capable of managing a small team to ensure client deliverables and support levels are met.Annual travel to Australia is a possibility - If desired.Please apply today if you are interested or contact ****** for more info!
