Purpose of the Role: The Client & Project Manager serves as a critical link between our clients and project teams, ensuring that client needs are effectively communicated and met throughout the project lifecycle. This role involves planning, executing, and monitoring projects while fostering strong relationships and maintaining open lines of communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Development: Building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and expectations. Client Communication: Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, communicating project updates, addressing concerns, and managing client expectations. Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to ensure alignment and effective resource allocation. Business Development: Identifying new business opportunities with existing clients, upselling services, and helping to secure contracts. Performance Monitoring: Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Feedback and Improvement: Gather client feedback and conduct post-project evaluations to enhance service delivery and drive continuous improvement. Experience and Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in Electrical design, with a strong understanding of Switchgear and Metering systems and their applications. Minimum 3 years of experience in client-facing roles, demonstrating the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Proven experience in project management and client relationship management, preferably in the engineering or power industry. Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards. Experience working within an electrical consultancy service business will be an additional advantage. Relevant educational background such as: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Project Management with a strong technical background in electrical engineering principles Certifications in project management (PMP) or client management would also be beneficial.
