Job Description The Client Services Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Irish Corporate and Capital Market client relationships and helping to drive commercial activity for the business.
The Corporate and Capital Market Business collaborate with global colleagues in key jurisdictions ( UK, US & Asia) helping to provide a globally aligned service.
The role will require a focus on fostering relationships with business partners and sourcing new clients to support the continued growth of the Irish business.
As the role progresses it is expected that some key client relationships will be taken on where it will be required to build the relationships between Operations and Clients to ensure our services are delivered to the highest standard.This is a key role in terms of commercial activity and client relationships.
As such, it is expected to include significant client interaction at a senior level (CFO, CIO, GC), acting as the main contact/ escalation point for high-profile engagements across prospects, clients and business partners.Responsibilities (how we will measure success) -• Build relationships with key decision-makers at prospects, clients and business partners.• Develop and maintain prospects, clients and business partners plans • Responsible for engaging our internal legal team and overseeing the completion of all client's legal documents and agreements including fee agreements, Service Level Agreements, fee proposals etc.• Create in conjunction with Chief Commercial Officer and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) against initiatives with prospects, clients and business partners.• Full usage of CRM system to create Prospect and Client Call/Meeting Reports after all meetings.
The entry of opportunities and events will also be required.Tasks (what does the role do on a day-to-day basis) -Working closely with clients, prospects and business partners while acting as a point of escalation for significant or repeat service issues.Lead the initiation of and management of any client plans.Act as the key escalation point for clients, prospects and business partners, fostering a close working relationship with the key decision makers and influencers.Understand the full breadth of Corporate and Capital Markets offered by IQ-EQ and clearly identify areas where clients, prospects and business partners required additional assistance.
Develop an internal network within IQ-EQ to facilitate purposeful conversations for clients.Collaboratively engage with peers across all Corporate and Capital Markets offices to facilitate both knowledge share, understanding shared challenges as well as the achievement of the overall objectives for the function, encouraging the same at all levels throughout the function.Facilitate internal review meetings with key relationship stakeholders to discuss, developments, opportunities, and issues for designated clients, prospects and business partners.Prepare internal Management Information (MI) as requiredAssist with fee negotiations for clients.
