Our Client, A Top Tier Law firm in Dublin 2 requires a Client Success Executive to join their team.
Previous experience working within a dynamic role is necessary and someone with strong admin and organisational skills.
This role will work closely with internal stakeholders and will report to the Strategic Accounts Manager.

Overall Package : circa €60k Duties: Manage the client programmes, assist with the growth of the firm.
Gain deep knowledge of the firm, including staff \ managerial experience, client base and firm experience, business and media trends so that you are able to assist practice, industry and market-driven BD initiatives.
Assist in the development of client development and account plans.
Liaise with the Bids department on client accounts.
Assist the BD and Marketing team in developing plans for market awareness and growth.
Manage CRM system, you will need to identify, report and update on any client interactions.
Develop strong knowledge of the firms portfolio of clients.
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports as required.
Ad-hoc work within the team.
Experience: Previous experience working in a professional services environment.
Strong written and communication skills.
Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is essential.
Experience with a CRM system.
Demonstrate excellent attention to detail.
Have a confident telephone manner.
Have the ability to meet tight deadlines.
Be self-motivated, analytical and proactive.
