Client Support Coordinator In partnership with our client, CPL HealthCare is now looking to recruit the Client Support Coordinator in the South Dublin area.

Client Support Coordinator Job Description: The Client Support Coordinator comprises a variety of duties in the coordination of scheduling services for clients and caregivers. You will assist with ensuring the highest level of care is provided to our clients. Duties & Responsibilities below include but are not limited to:

Duties & Responsibilities: Coordinate Client/Caregiver Schedules Assign client/carer schedules daily to match with client care plans. Continuous monitoring of client activity and update client information using our internal rostering software. Ensuring all communication with regards to caregivers/clients/HSE/family members etc. is recorded in a timely fashion and saved on our internal rostering software. Monitor and progress unassigned shifts. Scheduling of rosters daily and forward planning. Client/Caregiver Service: All incoming calls should be answered in a friendly and professional manner. All received emails should be dealt with efficiently and within an acceptable timeframe to satisfy the client/caregiver request. Deal promptly with shift cancellations, shift time changes and amendments, additional and ad-hoc requests. Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and caregivers. Facilitate the continued provision of client care supporting interactions between Home Instead staff, family members, and HSE. Client/Caregiver Records: Maintain and keep up to date accurate client and caregiver records. Set up accurate schedules on our internal rostering software. Handle all data subject information in accordance with GDPR guidelines and regulations. CAREGiver Supervision: Coordinate caregiver holidays ensuring that any care plan changes are logged and communicated within set times to clients. Arrange caregiver holiday or sick leave cover where required. Requirements: At least one year of scheduling experience. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload. A team player. Excellent written and spoken English. One year of Admin or reception experience. Available Monday to Friday from 9 am - 5:30 pm. What we can offer you: Competitive salary with KPI Benefits.
