Client Support Specialist | Dublin | two year Fixed term contract Our client provides innovative and market leading car finance solutions offering a wide variety of finance, leasing and servicing options.
Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality customer service through call center handling for dealers within the automotive network and finance customers.
Identify customer needs, handle queries, and deliver timely resolutions in line with policies and procedures.
Maintain the customer portfolio through a variety of administrative duties.
Key Requirements: Degree in Business or Finance-related discipline preferred.
Approved Product Adviser (Consumer Credit) / QFA qualification desirable.
Excellent organizational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail.
Customer-focused with a proven ability to exceed customer and dealer expectations.
Able to work across multiple customer service channels to meet various needs.
Confident, proactive, and eager to learn and develop.
Strong numerical competence and proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
