We are delighted to be recruiting for Clinic Coordinator.
As a Clinic Coordinator at Therapie Clinic, you will be the welcoming face of our clinic, managing front-of-house operations and serving as a key consultant to our clients.
You will handle appointments, assist with inquiries, and ensure a seamless and exceptional client experience from start to finish.
Your role will involve coordinating with the clinical team, maintaining a positive and professional atmosphere, and supporting the day-to-day running of the clinic to ensure everything operates smoothly.
We want people to 'Do their best work at Thérapie' and as part of the Clinic Team, you will be integral to creating that environment and culture.
Key Responsibilities Manage the reception area, greeting clients, maintain a professional front-of-house presences and handling client inquiries.
Manage appointment schedules and optimise the clinic diary to maximise efficiency.
Perform consultations with current and new clients, upselling where appropriate.
Working towards sales targets and KPIs as outlined by the Clinic Manager.
Complete and submit daily operational reports as outlined by the Clinic Manager, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
Monitor stock levels and clinic cleanliness as necessary.
Respond to emails promptly and professionally, addressing client and internal queries.

Qualifications & Skills?? Level 3 in Beauty or equivalent (desired not required) Customer service experience Sales experience Exceptional organizational/time management skills Ability to multitask
