  Position:  Clinical Administrator Location:  Swords, Co. Dublin Hours: Monday - Friday - (This role is 100% On Site) Salary Scale:  €25,662 - €41,208 (Commensurate with experience)   We are currently looking for an Administrator for our Swords Day Service to Support the Clinical Team..
The Administrator is responsible for providing high-quality administrative support to the Clinical Team.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Clinical Manager and the wider team.
The post holder will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to the following: Provide a professional reception for your service To maintain absolute confidentiality in respect of matters which come to your knowledge in the course of your official duties.
To be familiar with the terms of the Safety Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005 Prepare reports on behalf of the Clinical manager Support Manager in Diary Schedule Maintain Local staff files on behalf of your manager Gather research and record statistics for your manager Complete HSE returns Process stationary order and maintain stock control records Take and complete minutes of meetings as required Set up meetings for your manager General office administration   The successful candidate must have the following: 2 years of administrative experience in Healthcare or a relevant field Leaving Cert or an equivalent qualification in administration Excellent IT skills and software package knowledge including Microsoft Suite The candidate should be self-motivated and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The candidate must be able to prioritise workloads and ensure that work is completed to a high standard.
