An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Director to join a long-established VCI-accredited small animal hospital in Greystones. This role is ideal for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon looking to step into management and take the next step in their career! While some prior experience in management is preferred, a passion for leadership, high-quality veterinary care, and team collaboration is essential.

The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, compassionate, and driven, working seamlessly within a supportive team while also stepping up to lead when required. As Clinical Director, you will be instrumental in ensuring that the highest level of care is delivered to every animal and client, overseeing both the clinical and non-clinical aspects of the practice. This role allows you to shape the future direction of the hospital, providing you with the autonomy to develop your professional interests and make a lasting impact on the practice.

The hospital is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, including an iM3 dental suite, dedicated surgical suite, in-house labs, digital radiography, doppler, ultrasound, and provision for CT, ensuring you have the tools you need to provide top-tier patient care.
