We are currently looking for a Clinical Nurse Manager 1 to join our team in East of Ireland Monday to Friday, flexible Purpose of The Role To adhere to the Neylons brand and model upholding the quality and compliance and leading on clinical governance advice and guidance within business.
To assist in developing and implementing best practice in clinical governance and quality in the business to ensure on going compliance.
The candidate will need to keep up to date any changes within the Healthcare sectors.
Job description: Manage the safety and quality of the business Undertake relevant training and development to keep up to date with current legislation, regulatory developments  Facilitate meetings in the business with management and clients.
Provide clinical advice and guidance for the business within the private sector  Monitor & management of all areas relating to Incident/Accidents and risk management Responsible for operational KPI's - monitoring & reporting to managing Director Provide consultation and direction to the business to ensure service provisions are implemented at the highest standards and customers receive the highest level of care.
Lead and manage staff To ensure projects and programs are kept under review and any issues or challenges are identified, ensuring the mitigation plans are developed and implemented Manage relationships with external stakeholders to promote the brand.
This list is not exhaustive and from time to time you may be required to undertake additional duties.
Requirements: RNID, RNG or RCN- NMBI active registered A relevant qualification in Project Management and/or a thorough understanding of business management  Knowledge and understanding of HIQA, standards pertained to Care of the Older Persons, and incoming Home Care regulations Excellent understanding of the social and healthcare sectors especially homecare services.  Knowledge of how to recognize abuse and of safeguarding procedures A good working knowledge of English A knowledge and willingness to apply safe working practices Garda vetting required.
