As a Clinical Nurse Manager, you will be involved in delivering exceptional care for patients undergoing procedures in the Cardiac Catheterisation Laboratory. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Provide leadership and direction to the Cardiac Catheterisation Laboratory team, aligning with departmental and hospital goals.Ensure high standards of patient care by monitoring and evaluating clinical processes and outcomes.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement continuous quality improvement and risk management initiatives.Develop and execute strategies to meet the goals of the Cardiology Services, participating actively in change management and accreditation processes.Establish performance indicators and targets to ensure ongoing evaluation and improvement of cardiology services.Manage the laboratory's budget, controlling operational and capital expenditures while optimizing staffing levels for productivity.Engage in professional development activities and performance reviews to enhance nursing practice and service delivery.Qualifications/Requirements: Valid NMBI Registered Nurse License.7 years' experience in Cardiology/Cardiac Catheterisation Laboratory.3 years' experience in senior management roles.Advanced degree in a cardiac or healthcare-related field.Qualification in Management.Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing.Proven expertise in financial management and resource allocation.Show flexibility and excellent use of initiative.What Our Client Offers: Funded Health Insurance.Employer Pension Contributions.Relocation Support.Educational Assistance grants.Continuous professional development.Take the Next Step in Your Career!
