We are hiring a Clinical Nurse Manager 2 for a Private Hospital in Dublin, Ireland.

As a healthcare professional, it is important to serve as a role model at all times and provide support and guidance to clinical staff in conducting patient assessments, interpreting data, and applying knowledge effectively. To stay current in clinical practice, it is essential to consistently provide nursing care and engage in continuous education Effective communication with patients, their families, and visitors is crucial in ensuring a positive healthcare experience.
Additionally, coordinating visits with Hospital Chaplains and the Pastoral Care team can offer valuable support and comfort to those in need.
Requirements Be registered in the General Division of the active Register held by Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland or be entitled to be so registered.
Have 5 years post registration experience and a minimum of 2 years in the specialty or related area.
Have the clinical, managerial and administrative capacity to properly discharge the functions of the role.
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrate evidence of continuing learning and professional development Have recent experience in a Leadership/Management role Have a recognised qualification in Healthcare Management or be willing to undertake same.
