The Clinical Nurse Manager 2 (CMN 2) has a pivotal role in service planning, co-ordinating, and managing activity and resources within Lauralynn House.
The main responsibilities are quality assurance, resource management, staffing and staff development, practice development, facilitating communication and professional / clinical leadership.
The CNM 2, working in collaboration with the Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON), is responsible for planning Hospice services, supporting care staff and ensuring the resources are available to meet the needs of the children and families while in LauraLynn House.

Experience managing change and developing services.
Experience of working in a multi-disciplinary care team environment where there is a commitment to working with the whole family.
