Clinical Nurse Manager 2 (Medical 4)

The post holder will work with the Assistant Director of Nursing and CNM3 Medical Services and be responsible for the delivery of care, organisation and management of medical nursing services within Tipperary University Hospital.

The post of the CNM2 has a pivotal role in service planning; co-ordinating and managing activity and resources within the clinical area.
The main responsibilities are quality assurance, resource management, staffing and staff development, practice development facilitating communication and professional/clinical leadership.
