 We are hiring  Clinical Nurse Manager 3 - Clinical Services  into   a Private Hospital in Cork, Ireland.
  We will provide exceptional patient care in an environment where quality, respect, caring and compassion are at the centre of all we do.
Key Responsibilities  The Clinical Nurse Manager III will participate in the management of and be responsible for the day to day service of clinical care within area of responsibility Planning, directing and coordinating the activities of the service delivery.
Supervise and coordinate and lead a team of staff in the implementation and provision of the highest quality patient care.
Support, assist and facilitate colleagues in achieving specific Critical Success Factors as developed for the ward/unit/department.
Encourage a culture of openness and participation through effective communication.  Requirements Current registration with NMBI Strong values and commitment to patient Safety & Quality Minimum of 5 years experience in a people management role essential Minimum 5 years post graduate acute care nursing experience.
 Excellent knowledge of contemporary nursing practice and skills  Management Qualification essential.
 ACLS course completed, or be willing to undertake  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills  Strong IT skills.
