Clinical Nurse Manager 3 /PPIM Working Week 35HPW Remuneration & Hours of work for this position will be in line with relevant qualifications and HSE consolidated Pay Scales Req No: 26642

The Successful candidate will have the following essential requirements · Registered with NMBI (RNID desirable) or hold a HETAC degree in Social Care from a recognised institution.
The award must be considered eligible for CORU Registration · Recognised management qualification (FETAC /QQI Level 6 or equivalent · Have a minimum of 3 years' experience at CNM2 or Social Care Leader level working in the area of Intellectual Disability · A detailed knowledge of Health Act 2007 and HIQA regulation · Full driving license and access to own transport · Be highly motivated with the ability to work on their own initiative and the capacity to manage change · Proven people management, leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a large number of staff · Applicants should possess Level 3 behavioural competencies as set out in the job description.
