Clinical Nurse Manager (Cnm)

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Clinical Nurse Manager to join their team, in their highly regarded, well-established nursing home in Co. Carlow. As the Clinical Nurse Manager, you will oversee and manage the nursing staff and ensure the highest standards of care are provided to the residents. Responsibilities: Ensure the provision of high-quality care to all residents in the nursing home Manage and oversee the nursing staff and ensure their compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures Develop and implement care plans for residents in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team Oversee the administration of medication and treatments Promote a positive and supportive work environment for the nursing team Foster strong relationships with residents, families, and external healthcare providers Requirements: Active registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI) Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care Skills: Nursing Clinical Decisions Elderly care Nursing home Clinical supervision
