We are currently seeking highly motivated Clinical Nurse Managers to join our teams.

General Job Description: We are looking for dedicated and highly motivated candidates who possess high levels of competency and can demonstrate their qualifications and experience in meeting regulatory requirements and best practice standards.
Understanding the varied needs of each individual is crucial for this role.
Knowledge and experience of the Mental Health Commission Regulations and Standards is desirable.
What Does This Role Entail?
- Ensure the delivery of the highest standards of nursing and social care to meet each resident's individual needs.
- Implement and uphold Centre policies and best clinical practices.
- Perform comprehensive assessments of residents and monitor ongoing assessments and reviews.
- Work alongside and be a visible presence with Care Staff.
- Participate in training, development, and performance appraisal for Staff Nurses and Care Assistants in conjunction with the Director of Nursing.
- Ensure Care Staff maintain a professional, yet caring approach and provide high standards of direct care.
- Review all admissions ensuring appropriate assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Monitor Health and Safety standards including cleanliness and hygiene, fostering effective communication between care staff and centre management.
- Ensure regular and thorough regulatory and quality audits are carried out, with action plans implemented and sustained.
- Interact and support residents and families daily, acting as a key point of contact and ambassador for the Centre.
- Oversee daily activities, including managing rosters, attending handovers, and reviewing resident progress.
- Support and develop clinical practice through a hands-on approach with Care Staff in line with regulations.
- Implement Company Health and Safety Policy to safeguard the safety and welfare of care staff, residents, and others.
Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes: - BSc in Nursing or equivalent.
- Psychiatric nurse experience is desirable.
- Previous Managerial Leadership experience .
- Registered on the NMBI live register - Full Driving License is required.
