Description: Out client is a leading independent hospital group looking for a CNM2 in Cardiothoracic Theatre to join their Cork location.Role will require enhancing and maintaining the highest standards in patient care at all times.
You will be required to contribute to the effective use of all hospital resources at your disposal and you will be required to maximise staff development in a learning environment.
This will include support, motivation and guidance for all employees within your remit.Requirements:Registered in the General Division of the live register of nurses kept by the NMBIA minimum of 5 years post registration experience in an acute general.A minimum of 2 years' experience in Cardiothoracic experience is essentialRelevant course essential in Peri Anaesthesia and/or Peri Operative nursing or equivalentA management qualification is essentialPreceptorship/teaching and assessing of students is also desirableFor more information contact +353 87 624 4694
