We provide supports through the Regional structure and the Person Centred Wing.

We are currently seeking to recruit a Senior Manager - this is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and ambitious candidate.
They will be a key part of the regional management team and be integral in driving the delivery of a high-quality and person-centred service along with constantly striving for service improvement, development, and expansion. Person Specification· The ability to lead teams in driving forward the ethos of Muiríosa Foundation – keeping individuals at the centre of service provision at all times by promoting self-determination and self-direction.
· Be an integral part of the leadership team in the Region (Offaly/Tipperary).
· Have a robust knowledge and understanding of HIQA standards and statutory requirements and their responsibilities as a Person In Charge.
· Have a proven track record in the delivery of high-quality service provision.
· Contribute to service planning and development through identification and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
· Have the ability to effectively communicate with the individuals, their families, circles of support, and all relevant stakeholders.
· Have excellent interpersonal, planning, data management, IT and organizational skills with the ability to work on their own initiative.
· Ensure a high standard of care and support is provided to each individual at all times.
· Be flexible and capable of managing competing priorities within their workload.
· Be on the register of the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (RNID division desirable).
· Minimum of 3 years managerial experience in I.D.
services (previous PIC experience desirable).
· Recognised management course.
· Demonstrate a commitment to quality assurance, resource management, staff development, professional and clinical development.
· Have a full driving licence – will be required to travel between locations.
· Suitability as outlined in the introduction and person specification above.
