We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and experienced Clinical Nurse Manager III to lead our clients team in Clonmel, Co.Tipperary.
You'll play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our nursing home, ensuring that they deliver top-tier care in line with national and international standards.
Working closely with the Person in Charge (PIC), you'll support our clients mission to create a respectful and person-centered care environment, while maintaining compliance the company values and all regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and inspire our dedicated staff to provide the highest standard of residential care.
Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure a smooth, efficient, and well-staffed nursing home.
Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, always championing person-centered care.
Drive clinical excellence, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including HIQA standards and the Health Act 2007.
What We're Looking For: Qualifications : A Third Level Degree in Nursing and active registration with An Bord Altranais.
Expertise : Post-registration qualification in Healthcare Management (Level 6) is essential.
Experience : At least 3 years of post-registration experience, with 2+ years in nursing home management.
Leadership Skills : A proven track record of leading teams with compassion and professionalism.
