RecruitNet International is inviting applications for the role of CNM to state-of-the-art Nursing Homes in Co Galway. A compassionate CNM that can ensure the delivery of the highest standards of nursing care while leading a team.
Responsibilities To ensure the delivery of the highest standards of nursing and social care which meet the individual needs of each resident by e nsuring that the home policies and best clinical standards are always practiced Working with different staff members in all areas to ensure that standards are maintained Identify areas that may be of concern and follow up with the Director of Nursing to put action plans put in place Reviewing residents with pressure sores /sustained falls / clinically unwell, through clinical practices and documentation to ensure an appropriate management plan is in place Troubleshoot any ongoing clinical issues and non-clinical issues and escalate them to the Director of Nursing Perform comprehensive assessments of residents and monitor ongoing assessments and modifications Requirements Previous managerial experience Registered on the NMBI live register Excellent Leadership, Organizational and Communication skills Minimum 3 years work experience in a Nursing Home environment Ability to motivate self and others and work on own initiative Ability to work well and promote a team environment Benefits Competitive salary Bonus incentive scheme Excellent opportunity for career progression Learning and Development Opportunities Employee Assistance & Wellbeing Program Full support from the Support Office Team Company pension scheme Free onsite parking Requirements CNM Clinical skills communication skills managerial skills Supportive services quality patient care
