RecruitNet International Ltd is hiring a Clinical Nurse Manager for a Nursing Home in Co Clare, Ireland.
Responsibilities Putting established rehabilitation procedures into practice and tracking resident results with approved evaluation instruments and rehabilitation outcome metrics.
Collaborating in every area with every member of the multidisciplinary team to guarantee that standards are upheld.
Determine any potential problem areas and work with the director of nursing to implement quality improvement programs.
Oversee nursing staff compliance and medication administration.
Together with the director of nursing, take part in staff nurse and care assistant performance reviews and training.
Collaborate with Care Assistants to make sure they deliver excellent direct care and treat the residents with professionalism and compassion.
