 We are hiring Clinical Nurse Manager(Infection Prevention Control)  in a nursing home  in  Tipperary   Key Responsibilities Support the Registered Provider/Director of Nursing the day to day management of the home Act as a member of the team, including, as deemed required by the Registered Provider/Director of Nursing, the Multidisciplinary Care Team, the Risk Management Team, the Incident Management Team and the Infection Control Team.
Endeavour to keep abreast of recent trends in developments by reading widely.
Ensure resident confidentiality throughout the facility.
Resident information shall not be discussed outside of the home, except within a professional capacity and in the interest of the resident with the expressed permission of the Registered Provider/Director of Nursing.
Motivate team members by agreeing goals and objectives, through performance review.
Be responsible for the management of care staff and appropriate dealing with regards to human resource issues.
