Clinical Nurse Specialist - Occupational Health

We are hiring a Clinical Nurse Specialist - Occupational Health in a Private Hospital in Limerick, Ireland.
37.5 hours per week.
 Responsibilities   Manage and lead Occupational Health practices, policies, and procedures in line with legislation, best practice and Safety, Health, and Welfare at Work Act.
Administration of personnel referrals, pre-employment, and vaccination and immunisation programs.
Co-ordinate and manage other various Nurse led Programmes including bloods, maintenance of records for all staff.
Advise on and administer immunisation programmes.
Conduct assessments on staff post incident.
  Provide emergency assessment and initial treatment/first aid of employees' injury or illness and make referrals to outside services where required.
Audit operational processes to the standards of best practice in order to optimise use of resources and to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
Requirements Enrolment in the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland's (NMBI) General Division Nurse Register.
Relevant to the specialised field of occupational health, the Level 8 Award Two years or more of occupational health experience, ideally in a hospital setting.
