We are hiring a  Clinical Nurse Specialist - Rapid Cardiac Care   for a Private Hospital in Dublin, Ireland.

 37.5 hours per week Key Responsibilities As an independent patient care manager within a multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering personalized and individualized care to a group of patients This role will primarily involve working in our acute cardiac assessment clinic, collaborating closely with consultant cardiologists, the ED unit and the angiography unit.
Developing and fostering relationships with other acute care facilities and acting as a liaison with general practitioners to promote our services.
Additionally, you will serve as a valuable resource throughout the hospital for the care of cardiology patients.
In addition to clinical responsibilities and a comprehensive understanding of the Domains of Competence outlined by NMBI, you will also be expected to advocate for patients, participate in audits and research, and contribute to the management of patient care.

      Requirements Registered in the general division of NMBI.
Evidence of personal professional development.
Experience in acute cardiology setting.
Higher Diploma Cardiology Nursing.
Management Experience.
