We are looking for a Clinical Research Associate The successful candidate will work on patient-centric clinical biomarkers projects on rare neurological diseases. Ulysses Neuroscience Limited is an Irish Private R&D Organisation providing clinical and preclinical research services to pharmaceutical companies to accelerate their drug discovery programmes in neuropsychiatric, neurodegenerative and rare neurological disorders. Our mission is to advance knowledge and treatment of brain disorders by using translational neuroscience to bridge preclinical and clinical research while keeping patients' involvement and interests at the forefront.
This is a full-time, hybrid (remote and on-site) role for a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) overseeing our international clinical biomarker studies on rare neurological diseases. The CRA will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day activities of the current projects to ensure that they are executed to the highest standards of quality and the timeliness respected. Knowledge of English and Italian is mandatory, and that of other Romance languages (e.g. French, Spanish and Portuguese) is highly preferred. Some experience in the role through internships or entry-level positions in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or contract research organisation (CRO) industry is preferred.

Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in life sciences, nursing, pharmacy, or a related field. Previous experience as a Clinical Research Associate or similar role in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or contract research organisation (CRO) industry. Knowledge of English and Italian is mandatory, and that of other Romance languages (e.g. French, Spanish and Portuguese) is highly preferred. Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Certification as a Clinical Research Professional is preferred but not required. Effective written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present scientific data internally and externally in a clear and concise manner.
