Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Clinical Sales Specialist/Product Specialist to join our client's team. This role is ideal for a Theatre or ICU Nurse looking to transition into the commercial side of the medical field, or alternatively a candidate who is already in medical device sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling a product line focused on Anaesthesia, Ultrasound, Pain Management, and Patient Monitoring. Key Responsibilities: -Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Anaesthetists, Procurement Officers, Theatre Nurse Managers, and ICU Managers. -Drive sales growth by effectively promoting and demonstrating the benefits of the product line. -Cover the territory of Cork, Limerick, Kerry, and Galway, with a preference for candidates based in Limerick or Cork. -Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for healthcare professionals (you will have the support of a Clinical Application Specialist). -Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing and potential clients. -Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities. -Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategic sales plans. -Work alongside a Clinical Application Specialist who provides additional support to ensure clinical excellence. Skills and Experience: Registered Nurse with Theatre or ICU experience or medical device sales experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals. Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets. Willingness to travel within the designated territory. Previous sales experience is advantageous but not essential as comprehensive training will be provided.
