Clinical Specialist Radiographer (Ultrasound) The Coombe Hospital Description The Coombe Hospital in Dublin is one of the largest providers of women and newborn healthcare in the Republic of Ireland. We care for up to 10,000 pregnant women every year. In addition, over 1,000 newborns are admitted to the neonatal intensive care centre and over 8,000 adult surgical operations are performed. The hospital provides comprehensive care for women and newborns at local, regional and national levels.
Position: Clinical Specialist Radiographer (Ultrasound)
Role Purpose:
Undertake responsibility on a day-to-day basis for the ultrasound (US) department in women's health. Lead, guide, and supervise sonographers and other staff, and successfully manage the US service with effective utilisation of all allocated resources. Manage in a rapidly changing environment and be willing to undertake additional duties within the diagnostic imaging department as assigned from time to time.
