Clinical Support Manager

Matrix Recruitment is currently recruiting a Clinical Support Managerfor our client based in Kildare This is a permanent position. What you need to know The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering clinical support to ensure the competence of healthcare professionals. They will provide oversight, support, direction, and training for policies and procedures, and develop and implement clinical compliance standards across services. Key Duties & Responsibilities: Provide guidance on behavioural and clinical care. Design and implement support plans and interventions. Collaborate on personal and transition plans. Develop and deliver training for staff. Engage in regular reviews and standardize procedures. Promote a culture of learning and development. Participate in meetings and committees. Maintain accurate records and reports. Innovate and contribute to service planning. Promote health concepts and initiatives. Conduct incident reviews and recommend actions. Develop training objectives and tools. Deliver clinical training programs. Stay updated on legislation and practices. Assist with clinical risk assessment. Review policies and interventions. Use audits to improve programs. Address retraining needs and provide feedback. Assess clinical skills in line with policy. Provide advice on unsuccessful assessments Participate in continuous professional development. Ensure staff learning programs are in place. Collaborate with teams, management, and HR. Support operational management and service managers. Support the delivery of our clients mission and values. Engage in professional development and support What we are looking for Degree in Nursing. Training qualification or experience in SAMs training. Competency in working with individuals with intellectual disabilities. Demonstrate commitment to quality service. Maintain high ethical standards. Manage time effectively and pursue quality goals Provide own transport and indemnity. Travel expenses reimbursed.
