Are you nurse looking for something a little different? An established healthcare provider in Ireland with expertise in treating and monitoring respiratory illnesses in patients' homes and hospitals seeks to expand its team: They are currently seeking a Clinical Support Specialist to join their team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will cover the Donegal and Sligo area. Candidate ideally based in Donegal near Letterkenny as most of their time will be spent here. Responsibilities: -Maintain existing customer relationships and cultivate new business opportunities by promoting our products and services to key stakeholders in hospitals and community integrated teams. -Conduct setup and installation of homecare devices such as CPAP, BiPAP and sleep diagnostics at patients' homes, in clinic and hospital locations. -Manage patient installations, clinic support, training, and compliance activities. -Conduct patient follow-ups post-installation including telephone calls, home visits, and compliance follow-ups. -Support clinical training and educational workshops in key centers within the region. -Attend Respiratory Conferences/Meetings as required. -Support respiratory business activities in the region and occasionally in other regions. -Adapt to role changes to support new product introductions. Requirements: -Qualified Nurse with 2+ years post-qualification experience in -hospital and/or homecare environments. -Strong organizational, communication, and record-keeping skills with the ability to present, train, mentor, and influence various customers. -Commercial experience is desirable with the ability to develop and maintain strong business relationships. -Proven attention to detail and follow-through. -Computer literate with practical IT skills Package -Excellent remuneration package including best-in-class benefits, company car and bonus.
