We are currently seeking a Clinical System Lead to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Clinical System Lead at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in leading the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of clinical systems and technologies to support clinical trials and drive operational excellence within the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries.
What you will be doing Leading the design, configuration, and implementation of clinical trial systems, including electronic data capture (EDC) and clinical trial management systems (CTMS). Collaborating with stakeholders to gather system requirements, define workflows, and ensure system functionality aligns with study protocols and regulatory requirements. Providing technical expertise and support to project teams and end-users on clinical trial systems, troubleshooting issues and providing training as needed. Managing system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations, ensuring minimal impact on ongoing trial operations. Supporting the development and implementation of data standards and best practices for clinical trial systems. Your profile Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, life sciences, or a related field. Previous experience in clinical trial system implementation and management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or CRO industry. Strong technical skills, with proficiency in clinical trial systems such as Medidata Rave, Oracle InForm, or Veeva Vault. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment. What ICON can offer you:
