Role Description: As a Senior Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of large program deliverables which requires engagement across multiple organizations. Key responsibilities include communicating target outcomes, coordinating delivery, resource planning, providing visibility of program health, and managing program risks, compliance, and financials. You will ensure delivery meets Bank of America's expectations in terms of the target outcomes, timeline, and cost, and facilitate sync points between business and technology leaders and Risk and Compliance partners.
Responsibilities: Monitor the Compliance alert queue to ensure timely notifications in accordance with the Laws Rules and Regulations that align to Cloud/Cloud Service Providers.Investigate/review the Cloud Controls to understand impacted Controls and review Cloud Inventory for timely compliance to the LRR.Communicate new LRRs as the landscape of Cloud changes to management.Conduct assessments of current and new global regulatory requirements related to cloud, identifying gaps, and providing recommended remediation actions.Develop appropriate mappings of bank and third-party managed cloud controls to specific regulatory requirements.What we are looking for: Lead and coordinate routines to support the delivery of large programs, such as kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates.Broaden relationships with business and technology leaders across multiple organizations, as well as Compliance and Risk.Establish target outcomes in partnership with stakeholders and leaders.Track success metrics and provide status updates to stakeholders and leadership.Collaborate with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure execution aligns with deliverable requirements.Manage program financials and support resource planning.Ensure adherence with Enterprise Change Management standards.Enable the Bank's Cloud Strategy while maintaining compliance with policies, controls, and regulations.Competent in the interpretation of laws, rules, regulations (LRR's).Extensive experience in a compliance/regulatory setting.Critical Thinking – Manage by Fact.Ability to balance risks in ambiguous and complex situations.Drive continual service improvement, with excellent communication skills.Experience in data protection and legal compliance.Skills that will help: Highly motivated to contribute and grow within a complex area of emerging importance.Knowledge of global cloud and third-party outsourcing regulations related to financial services firms.Knowledge of CSM – CCM/CAIQ and CRI - Cloud Profile 2.0.Knowledge of Cloud Security Review Process and Permit to Send.Knowledge of NIST, Cloud related frameworks and regulations related to Bank of America policies and standards.Industry certifications such as CSA CCSK/CCAK, ISC2 CCSP, AWS/Microsoft/Google CSP specific cloud knowledge certifications.Benefits of working at Bank of America: Private healthcare for you and your family plus an annual health screen.Competitive pension plan, life assurance, and group income protection cover.20 days of back-up childcare and adult care per annum.The ability to change core benefits and select a variety of flexible benefits.Access to an emotional wellbeing helpline and Employee Assistance Program.Ability to donate to charities through payroll matching.Opportunity to access our Arts & Culture corporate membership program.Opportunity to volunteer in your local community.Bank of America: Good conduct and sound judgment is crucial to our long term success.
